Return & Exchange Policy

If your NasoClenz product is damaged, expired or you received the wrong product please inform us within 14 days of receipt to request a refund. Refund requests more than 14 days after ship date may not be accepted. Damaged product may be exchanged for a replacement.

To make a return request simply contact us at or by calling customer service on (844) 4-MY-NASO.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email a return shipping label to the email address associated with your account, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
