Warren R. Paboojian was born and raised in Fresno, California. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from San Joaquin College of Law and was admitted to practice law in 1987. In 2011, Mr. Paboojian was inducted into the San Joaquin College of Law Hall of Fame because of his outstanding trial advocacy. In 2008, the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) selected Mr. Paboojian as their trial lawyer of the year. In 2017, Mr. Paboojian was selected Cal-ABOTA Trial Lawyer of the Year.

Dennis Parnagian is a visionary and entrepreneur with 50+ years of experience in business and leadership. In 1980, he became President of Fowler Packing Company, a large produce company in Fresno, California. During his tenure, Dennis, along with his three brothers, expanded the small farming operation to a powerhouse–growing and shipping millions of boxes each year. Dennis has also dedicated his life to philanthropy, serving on many community boards that support the greatest needs of his community–healthcare, education, and food insecurity.

Maurice is a CPA with 30+ years of experience in public accounting and business development. He began his career in audit with Touche Ross & Co/Deloitte & Touche, Houston, TX. Maurice is the Managing Partner of L&H CPAs and Advisors LLC based in Dallas, TX providing individuals and businesses across the country with tax compliance, tax planning, accounting, advisory, and family office services for high-net worth individuals.

John has over 25 years of healthcare technology and medical device industry experience both in the North American and global healthcare markets. His broad experience includes strategy consulting, business operations, financial management, sales leadership and executive leadership. During his career John has held leadership positions at leading consulting organizations such as E&Y and Deloitte Consulting.

VP Operations & Manufacturing

Gil is a medical device engineer and manager with over 25 years of experience. Areas of specialty include R&D and manufacturing of emerging medical device products related to disposables, implants, and robotics. Successfully establishing world-class operations while growing start-ups into profitable commercial enterprises with notable acquisitions by Medtronic, Hologic, and Baxter. Gil joined Focal Therapeutics in 2010 where he helped develop and scale production for the BioZorb 3D Bioabsorbable Marker.

With nearly 20 years supporting executive teams in both the corporate and small business sectors, Joy has experience in various industries including entertainment, wellness, and medical device. Having started and run her own businesses, she particularly enjoys the inter-personal interactions with teams and believes her strengths lie in communication that drives projects
forward in a positive and productive way.

Director of Engineering

Charley is a biomedical engineer with five years of experience in product development and bringing medical devices from prototype to production. As the Director of Engineering at SVI, he is leading the research and development efforts for NasoClenz. Previously, Charley was an engineer at Focal Therapeutics where he worked on the PERL Ring Localization Device and BioZorb 3D Bioabsorbable Marker.

Director of Quality

Jim Woodall has been working in manufacturing for 35 years, with 30 years as a Quality professional. He has worked in medical, aerospace, contract, electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. Previously, he worked at Hologic as a Quality Manager hired to assist in the EU MDR transition.  His strengths are in statistical quality control, system design, data analytics, process improvement, training and leadership.
