When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping rate selected at check out.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account makes re-ordering NasoClenz a breeze. To create an account, click on the Account Icon (person) in the top right corner and then select “Create Account”. Enter name, email address and password and then select “Create”. Use these same login credentials to check your order status, re-order or place new orders. How do I request a Return or Exchange?

Returns and Exchanges will be considered within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Items must be unopened, and in its original packaging. Please contact customer support with your order number and request details. Email info@nasoclenz.com or call 1.884.4MY.NASO Monday-Friday 8am-4pm PST.
